You remain responsible for satisfying yourself that your record-keeping meets your own obligations — but electronic driver files are standard practice across the industry and accepted in audits.

No, and we won't pretend otherwise.

DQTrack tracks dates and stores documents. It shows you what exists, what's missing, and what's about to expire. Whether your operation is compliant is a judgement that belongs to you, your safety manager and, where it matters, your attorney.

Any software that tells you it guarantees compliance is selling you something.

No. DQTrack doesn't submit your MCS-150, run Clearinghouse queries, or pull motor vehicle records on your behalf. It tells you when each is due, and you record that you've done it.

We may add filing integrations later. We'd rather do one thing reliably than four things badly.

Only people signed in to your account. Your data is isolated at the database level, so no other customer can reach it — not by accident and not deliberately.

A small number of our own authorised personnel can access data to operate the service and answer support requests. That access requires multi-factor authentication, and changes to compliance records, dates, and document uploads are written to an append-only audit log.

In the United States, with our infrastructure providers. Our sub-processors are listed publicly and we give notice before changing them.

No to both. We don't sell data, we don't share it with advertisers, and we don't use your records — or your drivers' records — to train machine learning models.

No. We never ask for them, and we don't extract or index them from documents you upload. There is no field for one.

You keep read and export access. Everything downloads in one click, at original quality.

We will never hold your compliance records hostage to make you keep paying. If you then ask us to delete your account, we do it within 30 days.

Not while they're inside a federal retention window. Driver qualification records must be kept for three years after a driver leaves, and deleting them early could put you out of compliance. We'll hold them, and you can export them any time.

No. We're a small, independent company and we don't hold those certifications.

What we do have is written plainly in our Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement in our Terms — including encryption, database-level isolation, audit logging and our sub-processor list. We'd rather be checked than believed.

Yes. The Data Processing Agreement forms part of our Terms and is binding when you subscribe. If your insurer or a customer needs a countersigned copy, email [email protected] and we'll send one.

We do this so we can spend our time on people who intend to use the product. In exchange, we make cancelling genuinely easy — see below.

We also email you before your trial ends, telling you the exact amount and date, with a direct cancel link. And your trial end date is visible in the app the whole time.

One click inside the app. There's no phone call, no email to us, and no screen trying to talk you out of it.

Active drivers only.

Terminated and archived drivers — whose files you must keep for three years — don't count toward your plan limit. Ever. We're not going to charge you for doing retention correctly.

Nothing breaks. We'll never stop you entering compliance data because of a plan limit — a blocked entry is a lapsed document, which is the one thing this product exists to prevent.

We'll show you that you've passed the limit and ask you to upgrade. Your bill is prorated and we always show the new price before it applies.

Possibly, and if it does you'll get 30 days' notice. Existing customers keep their price for at least 12 months after any increase.

If we offer annual billing, it is typically twelve months for the price of ten. Today plans are billed monthly — see Pricing for current options.

Adding the company takes about a minute — we look up your USDOT number and fill in the details. After that it's roughly two minutes per driver, plus the time to photograph or upload their documents.

A ten-driver fleet is usually a single afternoon, and most of that is finding paperwork rather than using the software.

You can send each driver a link by text or email. They photograph their own medical card or licence with their phone and it lands in their file. No app install, no account, no password — a link they tap once.

Spreadsheet import is not available yet. We may add it later.

No. There is no app for drivers to install, and there never will be. They get a link, take a photo, and they're done.

Yes. It works in any browser, on a phone, tablet or office computer.

No. DQTrack doesn't log hours of service and isn't an ELD. It handles driver files, vehicle records and company filing deadlines — the paperwork that sits outside your ELD.

Not currently. DQTrack works alongside whatever else you run.

DQTrack is built around the federal rules. State requirements differ, sometimes significantly, and we don't currently cover those differences.

If you're intrastate-only, we'd rather tell you now than take your money and disappoint you at an audit.

Yes. Non-CDL drivers of commercial vehicles still need a qualification file, and DQTrack generates the correct requirements for them — without the CDL and Clearinghouse items that don't apply.

DQTrack is built for carriers running roughly three to seventy-five drivers. A one-truck owner-operator can use it, but you may find a paper folder does the job.

Your data is exportable in one click at any time, in original quality — not in a proprietary format that traps you. We'd give notice and a full export window rather than disappear. We'd suggest exporting a copy periodically anyway, which is good practice with any vendor.
